Installing programming tool for Linux (I works on Ubuntu) is simple but for WIndows 64 bit it’s a nuisance.

If you don’t want to have troubles, from the beginning please install python 32-bit.

If you installed 64-bit version (just like me), official installer of numPy and sciPy can not find the registry palce of the 64-bit version of python, so we have to use another source, which can be found here:

http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#numpy
