Fix bug: Yuri Revenge goes slow in Win 7 64bit

All of us who still love playing CnC: Yuri Revenge encounter a very annoying bug described like this: game goes extremely slow when being played in specific scenes: great number of units, explosion of something etc…
The problem is caused by the program, it tries to render itself instead of the main hareware, so in order to fix this, open ra2.ini (or ra2md.ini), under the [Video] setting, add this line VideoBackBuffer=no and save.
Open the game again the bug goes away.
Bonus tips: in the beginning window, type HIRES, then go to option, we had unlocked all hi-resolution modes.
